作業内容：

ITを最適化する上で、現状の業務プロセスを元に、あるべき姿の業務プロセスを定義し、業務要件を整理
業務要件より、ソリューションを検討し、新業務の詳細運用方法を構築していく
新業務への実装作業の支援を行い、効果測定・運用のブラッシュアップを進める

主な担当業務

顧客要件を満たすために割り当てられたプロジェクトタスク（アプリケーション実装に対する計画、分析、開発、検証など）を実施する
顧客要件の分析と文書化を支援し、PTCソリューションの設計と成果物の納品に貢献する
現行の業務プロセスを調査し、問題、複雑度、非付加価値ステップ、及び改善可能な非効率プロセスを特定する
特定された課題に対するソリューションを提案し、あるべき姿の業務プロセスを構築する
PTCテクノロジーのケイパビリティと定義されたユースケースを確実に理解し、顧客の業務プロセスをテクノロジーにマッピングする
ワークショップに参加し、その中での各セッションのファシリテート及び支援を行う。また、ワークショップの作業結果を確認し、結果が正確かつ一貫したもので、顧客要件を満たすものであることを確認する
プロセス分析からアプリケーション設計まで、プロジェクトの成果物の作成をリードする
PTC製品のコンフィギュレーションやカスタマイゼーションに対する知識を十分に持ち、それらを確認および検証し、改善策を提案する
担当作業に対し、細かな支援や監視が必要なく、確実に作業を遂行する能力を明確に示す
良好な顧客関係を築き、PTC製品とカスタムソリューションのプレゼンテーションを行う

必要なスキル＆経験

大卒以上（情報工学もしくは機械工学）
製造業における設計や生産管理業務の経験、各業務内容に対する深い知識、あるいはPLM、PDM、ERPなどのパッケージソフトウェアの導入プロジェクトの経験をお持ちの方

顧客との信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
日本語：ネイティブレベル　　英語：英文メール、文書の読み書きができるレベル
