Job description

We are excited to offer a 24-month HR Trainee Program for our EMEA region designed to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions through hands-on experience in diverse areas.

Our program is divided into four exciting rotations:

  • 6 months - Administration & Onboarding: Dive into administration, focusing on contract management, payroll, HR KPIs, benefits, leave management, offboarding, and grading processes.
  • 6 months - Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand: Engage deeply in our recruitment processes and bolster our employer branding initiatives by developing job descriptions, performing interviews, and assisting with international assignments.
  • 6 months - Employee Engagement: Gain insights into employee surveys, implement talent development initiatives, oversee e-learning platforms, and facilitate communication.
  • 6 months: Prepare for the future by refining the skills you've acquired. Gain international exposure, experience global HR practices firsthand across different countries, and lead an international project.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Dual students specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication & Marketing, or a related field in the social sciences.
  • Up to 1-3 years of internships, training, or first professional roles in an international company.
  • Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in one other language such as Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, or Japanese.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, is crucial.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
  • A decisive attitude, the ability to remain resilient under pressure, and a commitment to completing projects.
  • Assertiveness paired with approachability— ready for effective stakeholder management.
  • A strong enthusiasm for human resources best practices and staying updated on new and emerging trends.
  • This position is based at our EMEA Headquarters located in Düsseldorf.
