Job description

At Our Future Health, we’re building the UK’s largest ever health research programme; uniting 5 million people to help change the future of how we detect, prevent, and treat diseases. It’s bold, ambitious, and meaningful.

We are hiring a Product Designer for our Researcher Experience squad, crafting UX journeys and designing UIs that address the needs of Researchers coming into our programme; you will directly improve our ability to attract and onboard Researchers at scale.

Product Designers at Our Future Health :

  • Collaborate effectively with a keen eye for details.
  • Frame the problem instead of simply responding to it.
  • Know when to reach out for guidance as well as comfortable taking ownership, actively expanding and growing their techniques.

Our Designers are able to work remotely from anywhere within the UK, and our London office is available for those who wish to use it.

Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing your previous design work.
  • You're well versed in user testing, researching, and iterative designs of digital products.
  • You've worked on live products with both technical and business constraints.
  • You can clearly communicate your design decisions, articulating and understanding what impacted your process.
  • You've worked with / contributed to design systems.
  • You collaborate well with diverse, cross functional teams.
