We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Senior Programmatic Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our programmatic advertising campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Acquisition, this role will be responsible for campaign setup, activation, ongoing optimizations, and reporting within the Google Marketing Platform, including DV360 and Campaign Manager. You’ll work cross-functionally with our creative and analytics teams to drive efficient performance and measurable outcomes across digital channels. 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Own the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns in DV360, including setup, pacing, targeting, trafficking, troubleshooting, and optimization 

  • Manage campaign trafficking and tracking in Google Campaign Manager (CM360), including QA of creatives, tags, and pixels 

  • Continuously monitor and optimize performance across KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, VCR) using data-led strategies and A/B testing 

  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to advise on ad specifications, formats, and best practices for programmatic channels 

  • Partner with analytics and marketing teams to implement tracking, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful reporting and analysis 

  • Stay on top of trends, technologies, and changes in the programmatic landscape to ensure innovation and compliance 

  • Work regularly with our Google account team and evaluate feedback and recommendations to drive continued best practices, measurement enhancements and improved results against performance KPIs 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns, including direct platform experience in DV360 and Google Campaign Manager 

  • Strong technical understanding of media buying, tagging, tracking, viewability, and brand safety standards 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex campaign strategies across a variety of objectives (brand awareness, direct response, retargeting, etc.) 

  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising KPIs and optimization techniques 

  • Experience with first- and third-party audience targeting, lookalike modeling, contextual targeting, and inventory management 

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools is a plus 

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing teams 

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and project management skills 

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to distill information and present to senior leadership on performance and key initiatives

The target compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
