Who are we looking for?

Lead Senior Developer

Solid experience in .NET development using C# and WPF;
Experience leading a team or acting as a technical mentor, you know how to balance hands-on development with team responsibilities;
You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams;
You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams;
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes;
You take ownership and help your team deliver high-quality solutions;
Very good English skills, German or French is a plus;
You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare;

not a must, but nice to have:

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation;
Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks;
Previous work on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation system.
