Role: Microsoft Intune Administrator (Endpoint Management & Security)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:00pm - 5:00am Philippine time 
(Includes 24/7 Emergency On-Call Support for Critical Issues)

Position Summary:

Were looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft Intune Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you'll take the lead in managing and optimizing a large-scale Microsoft Intune environment. Youll be instrumental in securing endpoints, enforcing compliance policies, improving the end-user experience, and driving operational efficiency across a dynamic enterprise setup. Responsibilities include hands-on configuration of policies, application deployment, compliance tracking, reporting, and close coordination with both internal teams and external partners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Initial Assessment & Optimization

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of existing Intune configurations.
  • Review policies, groups, and management structures for improvement.
  • Identify and document inefficiencies or security gaps.
  • Participate in onsite imaging reviews to validate current processes.

Ongoing Intune Maintenance

  • Monitor Intune service health and apply Microsoft updates.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment and compliance issues.
  • Manage application deployments, policies, and device configurations.
  • Conduct regular environment health checks and patch validations.

Environment Optimization

  • Consolidate and refine policy and group structures.
  • Improve reporting and monitoring dashboards.
  • Automate routine device and application management tasks.
  • Enhance integration with Microsoft 365 and related services.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain conditional access and endpoint security policies.
  • Align security baselines with best practices, including Zero Trust models.
  • Strengthen data protection and compliance reporting.
  • Perform regular assessments of security posture and controls.

Technical Support

  • Deliver level 2/3 support for Intune-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on new platform features and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct service reviews and optimization planning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting runbooks.

Change & Asset Management

  • Follow change management workflows, including rollback planning.
  • Maintain detailed logs and audit trails of changes.
  • Support full device lifecycle: testing, deployment, imaging, deprovisioning.
  • Integrate with internal asset inventory and status reporting systems.

Training & Communication

  • Lead training sessions and workshops for IT support teams.
  • Develop user communication templates and best practice guides.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and application teams to support transformation initiatives.



Qualifications:


Required:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in endpoint configuration, policy enforcement, and device compliance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration, conditional access, and endpoint security.
  • Understanding of modern security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, NIST standards).
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Endpoint Manager, or M365 Security & Compliance.
  • Experience supporting regulated or multi-site organizations.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API).
  • Background in asset management system integration.
