Job Brief
The Assistant Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the end - to - end recruitment
process, client management, team leadership, training, and reporting. This role requires strong problem solving skills, expertise in Excel reporting, and the ability to work with senior Profiles as an individual contributor along with handling the team. We are looking for a Assistant Recruitment Manager to design an
d oversee our company's hiring. Assistant Recruitment managers will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates.. The ideal candidates is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
Ultimately, recruiting managers will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company s current and future needs.

Responsibilities
End to End of Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
Recruiter Management: Hire, train, and retain recruiters, ensuring they meet
performance goals and deliver high-quality candidates.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the recruitment team, setting clear goals and
expectations, and monitoring their performance.
Team Training: Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team to
enhance their skills and keep them updated with industry trends.
Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present recruitment reports using Excel, providing
insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Problem Solver: Identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop effective
solutions to address them promptly.
Senior Profiles: Work closely on senior-level recruitment projects, understanding the
unique requirements and expectations of these profiles.

Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Overall 2 years of experience wherein 07- 08 months should be in team handling
  • Must have the experience background in Recruitment & Staffing Firm
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with senior-level candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented with leadership qualities.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment targets
  • Ability to come up with innovative solutions in challenging situations.
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Going above and beyond in providing excellent client service, garnering positive client feedback and rating.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time - to - hire and cost - per - hire)
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Must possess strong negotiation skills and ability to establish relationships and network effectively
  • Must be presentable and must have excellent communication skills
  • Should have the ability to collaborate with internal teams to create propositions and service the client seamlessly.
