Job Description: As a Service Engineer at Srinithya Engineering, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our equipment and services at client locations. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-quality support and experience minimal downtime. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of delivering hands-on, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on Construction equipment/machinery at client sites.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and restore equipment to full functionality.

- Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment.

- Document service reports and updates on maintenance and repair activities.

- Collaborate with other teams (sales, support, R&D) to improve service quality and product performance.

- Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and other resources necessary for on-site servicing.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
