We are hiring SAP FICO-Ariba Consultants for onsite role in Hong Kong; Remote option not available.

Role: SAP FI CO Consultant

Work Location: Cathay City, Hong Kong (ONSITE in Hong Kong); No Remote option.

Work Style: Onsite - Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Salary: HKD 45,000 - HKD 47,000 per month

Duration: 1 year (Possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities:

- Must have experience with S4 HANA implementation, support, upgrade, or enhancement projects.

- Capable of providing process improvements, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and offering effective problem-solving solutions.

- A strong team player, eager to learn and contribute in new areas, such as IRPA or ARIBA solutions (process automation in SAP), with a positive, “can-do” attitude.

- Prior experience leading a team of SAP FICO consultants.

- Proven experience in process automation within SAP FICO and capable of managing end-to-end discussions and solution delivery in SAP.

- Able to engage in direct, efficient, and proactive discussions with clients about new initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Evaluate business, functional, and technical requirements; translate these into solutions and prepare design documents.

- Recommend and coordinate process-level improvements within SAP FICO environments.

- Strong communication and coordination skills to bridge business stakeholders with deployment teams.

- Extensive hands-on experience in FI & CO configuration, along with experience in delivering FI/CO reporting solutions aligned with customer requirements.

- Expertise in FI integration points with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PS.

Relevant SAP Modules and Knowledge Areas:

- New General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Systems, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

- System integration with modules like MM/SD, Financial Reporting – Spend, Profitability and Management, Banking, etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Support month-end and year-end activities within Finance/Controlling.

- Experience with interfaces, IDOCs, custom finance posting programs, and report generation in SAP (RICEFW).

- Must have prior experience leading complex integration solutions, such as intercompany automation within SAP, integrating modules like MM and SD, SAP Finance closing automation, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in S4HANA 1809 or above is a plus.
