Job description

We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM professionals with German proficiency to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. If you are passionate about designing, developing, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions, we have exciting opportunities for you!

2️⃣ Functional Consultant – Core HR
3️⃣ Functional Consultant – Recruiting & Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, and business) across local and remote environments.
  • Gather and analyse functional & technical requirements, translating them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring best practices for HCM modules such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
  • Configure the system, conduct user testing, and deliver training.
  • Support cutover activities, stabilisation, and post-go-live operations.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Solution Architect: 10+ years of experience in business consulting & designing end-to-end HCM solutions for large banking institutions.
  • Functional Consultants: 3+ years of experience in business or technology consulting.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation (preferred).
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
