We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Financial Service Representative opportunity with a well-established financial institution offering comprehensive banking, trust, and wealth management services.

The Financial Service Representative is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Generating new business to help meet established branch production and profitability goals.
Proactively promoting, cross-selling, and referring banking products and services based on clients' financial needs.
Opening new accounts for both business and consumer clients, including preparing all necessary documentation.
Referring clients to internal and external partners to support their comprehensive financial needs.
Delivering ongoing relationship servicing to existing clients.
Responding to client inquiries and requests regarding accounts.
Partnering with the Branch Manager on proactive sales efforts, including telemarketing, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
Processing routine to complex financial transactions, including deposits, transfers, wires, and check cashing.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial services industry experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and team members at all levels.
Strong skills in general mathematics and accounting principles.

Pay Rate Range: $43100 - $58200 annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
