About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager who combines analytical thinking with action. Your main goal will be to drive measurable improvements in our key metrics: conversion, revenue per signup, rebuy, and more.

We’re not looking for someone to just generate reports — we want someone who can identify opportunities, prioritize them, and execute fast and smart, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Education.

You’ll be responsible for leading initiatives that unlock real value across our funnels. Analytics are key, but real impact comes from what you do with the insights.

Your mission: make decisions and lead concrete actions that improve conversion and revenue.

What You’ll Do

Take Action

  • Propose and implement experiments and initiatives (product, growth, content, automations) to improve conversion or revenue
  • Prioritize opportunities based on impact and speed
  • Align cross-functional teams to execute improvements
  • Track impact and iterate

Understand the Funnel

  • Analyze the full user journey
  • Identify drop-off points and root causes
  • Evaluate the funnel by user type, country, platform, and acquisition channel

Measure Clearly

  • Define key metrics for each funnel (e.g., lead-to-meeting, revenue per signup, rebuy)
  • Ensure a single source of truth for every metric
  • Document definitions and maintain consistency over time

Use Data Wisely

  • Know when to use mean vs. median, interpret outliers
  • Apply standard deviation or coefficient of variation to distinguish signal from noise
  • Request, interpret, or execute SQL queries as needed

What We’d Love to See
  • You’ve led growth strategy at your own startup or as an early hire in Growth/Product, ideally in a bootstrapped environment where every move had to deliver real value
  • Experience managing significant performance marketing budgets (e.g., +USD 50k/month) and optimizing for ROI — not vanity metrics
  • Background in fast-paced, iterative environments where learning cycles were short and constant
  • Strong prioritization skills and a bias for action — you don’t wait for detailed instructions or unlimited resources
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data, while improving data quality along the way
