About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager who combines analytical thinking with action. Your main goal will be to drive measurable improvements in our key metrics: conversion, revenue per signup, rebuy, and more.
We’re not looking for someone to just generate reports — we want someone who can identify opportunities, prioritize them, and execute fast and smart, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Education.
You’ll be responsible for leading initiatives that unlock real value across our funnels. Analytics are key, but real impact comes from what you do with the insights.
Your mission: make decisions and lead concrete actions that improve conversion and revenue.
