Job description

Job Description:

In this role, you’d be responsible for deliver local and Global application support for to the business within agreed SLAs, you’d be responsible for understanding business needs, prototyping solutions, configuring, testing, and deploying updates. You’d also provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and business goals. Ensures Service support documentation (processes, procedures, service catalogue information, operational documentation) is created and maintained for all supported applications Follows the Global Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to ensure adherence to the global process standards

 

 

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Workday HCM, including direct configuration of complex requirements.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
• Demonstrated skills in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, 
high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Backlog management – Skills in creating, prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure that the development team works on the highest-value items
• Experience proactively engaging available technology resources to develop a strong network and growth (e.g., Workday Community, user groups, etc).
• Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
• Experienced working with other Workday features (e.g. Security) or the desire to learn and work cross-functionally.
