What the Job Entails:
Optimize how our R&D team operates, grows, and delivers impact through data-driven insights
Combine data analysis, process improvement, and technical operations to scale our capabilities
Improve team hiring processes through systematic analysis and optimization
Help showcase our research projects and achievements to broader audiences
Create documentation and develop AI-assisted algorithms to automate manual processes
Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers on operational initiatives
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and propose improvements to R&D team hiring processes through data-driven insights
Collaborate on technical projects that improve team productivity and effectiveness
Support our open source initiative and content creation to promote our team's work
Build integrations with external platforms to automate workflows
Create automation solutions using LLM agents/scripts to reduce manual operational tasks
Create and propose variations for online assessments and technical programming cases
Help other team members in writing technical documentation
What you’ll need:
We look for people with the curiosity of a researcher and the mindset of a builder
Experience with Python, or willingness to learn quickly
Comfortable building solutions from scratch and experimenting with new tools
Research experience and systematic thinking approach (academic or industry)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to communicate and debate in English and Portuguese
Interest in operational efficiency and process improvement
Nice to Have:
Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in any field - or proven experience with research
Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and experimentation
Experience with technical writing or content creation
Experience with Git and version control systems
Experience with automation tools and scripting
Experience with API integrations and data manipulation
Experience with agent development or workflow automation
Experience using LLMs and AI tools for productivity and coding
