This role can be filled in Tongeren (Belgium), the Netherlands (remote) or Germany (remote).

 

About the role: Be in the thick of it, not just part of it! As our new Onboarding Manager for the Belgian marketplace, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partners and contribute directly to the growth and development of our platform. This is your opportunity to help shape how sellers integrate and thrive within a rapidly expanding and ambitious e-commerce environment.

About your tasks:

  • Guide our partners through the entire technical onboarding process on our e-commerce marketplace platform.
  • Support and train partners on setting up their accounts and uploading their product portfolios.
  • Monitor the technical flow to ensure everything runs smoothly – from product visibility to successful order processing.
  • Act as the primary contact for all technical questions during and after onboarding.
  • Be the vital link between our partners and internal teams such as Acquisition and IT.
  • Contribute to process improvements within onboarding and customer support.

 

Qualifications

About you:

  • You hold a degree or training in business, IT systems, or e-commerce.
  • You have experience in onboarding, customer support, technical support, or IT consulting.
  • You are familiar with the e-commerce environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
