Motion Designer

We are seeking a Motion Designer who will be managing the visual identity and creative direction of all Group's brands, ensuring consistency in branding and high-quality design execution across all marketing and branding activities. This role holds ownership of brand guidelines, fonts, and themes, ensuring alignment across packaging, marketing materials, digital content, signage, and all visual channels. The role involves overseeing the creation, approval, and auditing of all visual assets to ensure that company's brands maintain a strong and cohesive presence across Kuwait, Bahrain, and KSA.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital content, and marketing visuals.
• Experience working with restaurants, retail, or F&B brands is a plus.

Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing trends and customer behavior in Kuwait, Bahrain, and KSA.
• Work Conditions: Flexible working condition with mandatory online presence from 9AM to 6PM Kuwait time.
• Location: Remotely – from anywhere with stabile internet connection.
