Reporting to the Business Unit Head or COO, the Program Manager will oversee groups of projects that are linked through a common organizational goal—collectively called a program with the client at the center.

The program manager works to ensure the program aligns with the organization’s larger business strategy. They will primarily work with project managers to plan project schedules, budgets, and goals and collaborate with business heads/management to come up with new strategies.

Two main areas of work:

1. Client focused long term strategy including growing the client account
2. Coordination within various internal and external stakeholders

At any point in time the Program Manager could be managing one or more clients.

Responsibilities

Ownership of overall program management from understanding client requirement to execution of individual projects linked to the program.

• Front ending with the client in defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation for data projects.
• Overseeing specific AI projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Leading and mentoring a team of data experts, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources for successful project delivery.
• Aligning quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including product managers and engineering teams.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Working on long term initiatives for clients which are linked to client strategy and success.
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate data tools and platforms.
• Conducting client meetings, QBRs and client engagement opportunities.
• Managing project budgets and resources effectively.
• Having a strong understanding of different data projects, techniques and best practices.
• Effectively communicating project goals, requirements, and progress to various stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to data projects, including data quality, tool limitations, and process bottlenecks.
• Coordinate between different departments and act as the point of contact between PMs and Directors/Project Owners.

Qualifications

• Atleast 10-12 years of experience in project management including 2+ years in program management experience
• STEM and Technical background is preferred
• Experience in designing and implementing efficient processes.
• Working experience in LLMs, RAG, Data analysis
• Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Quick problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work with remote teams and different time zones. (CET and PST)
