Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a results-oriented SaaS seller with 3–7 years of experience in tech, EdTech, or LMS sales. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from discovery and demos to closing — while helping prospects solve real learning and compliance challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Own inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting to build pipeline
  • Deliver tailored product demos of GyrusAim LMS that highlight value
  • Drive deals from qualification to close — averaging 30–90 day sales cycles
  • Meet or exceed your quota of new customer revenue and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and sales enablement
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, working with the CEO
  • Represent Gyrus at industry trade shows and virtual events


Requirements


You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have 3–7 years of experience in SaaS or LMS sales
  • Are comfortable selling to CLOs, training managers, and compliance leaders
  • Can own your numbers, work independently, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Are great at discovery, asking the right questions, and building trust
  • Know your way around Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Have experience responding to RFPs and navigating mid-market to enterprise sales
  • Are coachable, curious, and consistent



We’re looking for someone energetic, results-driven, and thrives in a small yet growing company environment. Familiarity with LMS or compliance-driven industries (e.g., government, life sciences, defense) is a big plus.

  • Base salary
  • Commission: 10% on new business (uncapped)
  • Bonus: An Additional 10% for exceeding the quota
