Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Global Influencer Manager Ax, that will lead advocacy, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven campaigns for Galderma's Injectable Aesthetics portfolio. In this role, you will build and nurture a world-class global network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), injectors, and digital influencers to elevate brand visibility, drive education, and deliver engaging content that supports brand objectives.

This role offers an opportunity to shape Galderma’s presence in the aesthetics space by combining creativity, innovation, and strategic execution across global influencer and KOL initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • KOL, DOL & Influencer Strategy
  • Develop and lead a global KOL & influencer strategy for Restylane and Sculptra, focusing on advocacy, education, and authentic storytelling.
  • Recruit and onboard Tier 1 HCP KOLs, Tier 2 Digital KOLs, and Skinfluencers across regions, ensuring strong brand alignment and credibility.
  • Build long-term partnerships with KOLs and influencers to drive educational content and engage new audiences.
  • Campaign & Content Activation
  • Conceptualize and execute 360-degree influencer campaigns, integrating live events, digital activations, and e-commerce-driven content strategies.
  • Lead creative content production for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and innovative storytelling approaches.
  • Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver compelling and scientifically accurate content.
  • Event Management & Global Activations
  • Plan and execute high-impact global activations such as KOL summits, masterclasses, and experiential events, blending education with brand experiences.
  • Develop content creation opportunities at events, including live streams, social takeovers, and influencer-led narratives.
  • Performance Measurement & Market Deployment
  • Set and track KPIs for influencer engagement, content performance, and campaign impact.
  • Provide guidance to local markets on influencer recruitment and KOL engagement strategies.
  • Collect and analyze social insights to inform campaign optimizations and KOL recruitment strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL engagement, or digital marketing, preferably in aesthetic injectables, medical devices, or beauty industries.
  • Proven experience in managing global KOL and influencer networks, with a strong understanding of HCP and digital influencer dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute cross-platform digital content strategies with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in setting KPIs and using analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge in application business management (“product owner”) is a plus
