Their team specializes in full-funnel paid media strategy—leveraging storytelling, data, and content innovation to scale growth across industries including e-commerce, SaaS, and digital products.

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-oriented Media Buyer who is skilled in campaign execution across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for managing ad campaigns end-to-end—from ideation to optimization—while working closely with creative teams and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Write persuasive, high-performing ad copy tailored to each platform
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ideate UGC and video concepts, and write briefs for designers and video editors
  • Develop and execute audience targeting strategies
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Manage multiple projects using tools like Asana
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategy updates to internal stakeholders and clients
    Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to improve productivity and ideation workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads required)
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of creative strategy
  • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing metrics and data analysis
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, client services)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with additional platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Amazon, Programmatic, Connected TV)
  • Familiarity with UGC content workflows and video ad scripting
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT in your creative process

Understanding of core marketing concepts like customer journeys and persona development
