Job description

Location: Remote (Spain-based) with weekly visits to Madrid office

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our client’s team in the dynamic and fast-paced iGaming industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, understands gaming platforms inside out, and is excited to be part of a growing, international operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B iGaming clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention, performance, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new features or services
  • Lead regular performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with clients and internal teams, including occasional travel across Spain
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on client activities, issues, and business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in the iGaming industry in a client-facing or account management role
  • Strong understanding of iGaming products, player management, and operational needs
  • Experience with PAM (Player Account Management) platforms is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English and Spanish 
  • Must be based in Spain with the ability to attend meetings in Madrid once a week and on an ad hoc basis
