Job description

As the first SDR for a fastg-rowing talent attraction firm with 80% YoY growth since 2019, you’ll play a vital role in reimagining how Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies think about talent access.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls

• Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for Ace’s services

• Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders

• Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers

• Update CRM (HubSpot) with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management

• Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads

• Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings

• Build repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and outbound strategies

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles

• Proven B2B sales experience

• Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo

• Excellent spoken and written English

Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology

Preferred:

• Experience in staffing or consulting

• Bilingual (preferred)

• At least 3 years at the same company

Hard Skills

• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

• Content management and documentation skills

•Experience with demand generation and lead flow management

• Skilled in qualifying inbound leads using frameworks

• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships

• Research-savvy for identifying ideal prospects

• Exceptional communication tailored to diverse audiences

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
