Job description

On behalf of HyperAd , SD Solutions is looking for a talented Post-production supervisor to lead and manage our team of VFX artists. In this role, you will oversee the allocation and prioritization of tasks, ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards, keep projects on schedule, and manage client feedback loops efficiently. You will also plan editing workflows and pipelines, and provide solutions for complex challenges that may arise during post-production.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of VFX artists, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively and deadlines are met.
Oversee the quality control process to maintain high visual and technical standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for collecting, sorting, and implementing client feedback.
Design and optimize editing workflows and pipelines to improve efficiency.
Advise editors on solutions for complex post-production challenges.
Be ready to step in and perform hands-on editing if required (rare, but possible).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview and attention to detail.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in post-production supervision or managing VFX teams.
Strong firsthand knowledge and practical experience with VFX and editing software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proactive problem-solver with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience working in post-production companies, as a freelance post-production supervisor, or as a senior VFX artist managing large teams.
