Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Post-Production Coordinator to process photography scan jobs using standardized workflows and tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys photo editing, has an eye for color and consistency, and can manage repetitive tasks with care and focus. The position is remote and flexible, making it a great fit for freelancers or part-time professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rename photo files using Advanced Renamer or similar tools.
• Import and edit images in Adobe Lightroom, adjusting:
  >> Exposure and density
  >> White balance and color
  >> Light sharpening (based on guided methods)
• Export final images and upload them to ShootProof galleries.
• Notify clients when galleries are ready (if no prints are required).
• Coordinate with the print lab for jobs requiring printed output.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with file renaming tools (Advanced Renamer or similar).
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and capable of following precise editing workflows.
• Basic communication skills to notify clients and internal teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with film photography or hybrid workflows.
• Familiarity with ShootProof or similar gallery tools.
• Understanding of print lab workflows and image output standards.
