Your Role: 💪🏻

➡️Managing of incoming calls 📞

➡️Identify 🤔 and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

➡️Build relations of trust 🫱🏻‍🫲🏻through open and interactive communication

➡️Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools 💻

➡️Keep records 🧾of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents 

➡️Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Who we are looking for: 👀

➡️EU holder.

➡️Native or near to native Czech language (C1- C2).

➡️Very good command of English language (B2).

➡️Good MS Office skills.

➡️Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

➡️Excellent communication and presentation skills.

➡️Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charact

➡️Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
