The Opportunity

KUDO is seeking a high-performing Account Executive for the EMEA region. You’ll join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at the forefront of AI-powered language accessibility combined with human expertise. This is a unique opportunity to shape how leading enterprises, institutions, and government agencies deliver multilingual communication at scale.


You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close, and play a key role in building long-term relationships with strategic accounts. Responsibilities

  • Hunt and Close New Business: Prospect and close new enterprise-level customers, navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader, closing renewals, upsells, and expansions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and retention and drive growth.
  • Forecast and Report: Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, maintaining excellent Salesforce hygiene.
  • Stay Curious and Innovate: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices, continuously refining your sales approach.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a background in SaaS and subscription solutions a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Expert at pitching in person, on video, and demonstrating a technology solution.
  • Aptitude for understanding technology and explaining it clearly and appropriately to clients.
  • Excellent account management experience with high profile clients.
  • Verifiable track record of sales and account growth success.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with clients, project confidence, and engender trust.
  • Proactive self-starter, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide specialist training and onboard new clients.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work in a truly international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
