Description:

Candidate will provide field applications support to Strategic and Key customers for Analog Devices Wireless RF, Microwave & High-Speed Communications, and analog/mixed signal products. This involves working with customers, sales teams, and products lines to identify key opportunities, and position the best solutions tailored to customer needs and grow Analog Devices market share.  Primary focus will be on the Aerospace and Defense markets. This position will be based in Colorado. Activities include, but are not limited to:

•         Understanding and disseminating customers' system needs verses wants

•         Proposing system solutions to customers

•         Developing and proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' needs.

•         Develop and maintain relationships with key Product Lines Management, Marketing, and Application.

•         Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

•         Training customers on Analog Devices' solutions and products

•         Training Product lines, Sales, and applications on system requirements

•         Conducting seminars on Analog Devices analog and mixed signal products including demonstration of development tools.

Qualifications

•         Must be a US citizen

•         BSEE or equivalent - MSEE preferred

•         Good verbal and written communication skills

•         With 6-10 years experience in product, design and/or field applications engineering or equivalent

•         Broad RF, Microwave and mixed-signal circuit applications design experience at the board and system level.

•         FPGA and Software background a plus

•         Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and set priorities.

•         Team focus

•         Capability to present to and work with all levels of Management, Sales, and Engineering

•         Ability to coach/teach/help others with design issues

•         Good lab measurement and debug skills

•         Ability to deliver convincing presentations

•         Regional Travel (within territory) 20-25%

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $131,404 to $180,681.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
