Upload blogs, before-and-after photos, press/media articles, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials to client websites and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot)
Check and add metadata, alt tags, and basic SEO fields to site conten
Client-Specific Admin Suppor
Prepare, finalize, and track client documents including welcome packets, price lists, CVs, rack cards, print orders, training materials, and internal communication
Coordinate third-party platforms (e.g., Simple Practice, HubSpot, Podium, Social Pilot) including billing setup, scheduling templates, CRM updates, SMS campaigns, email campaigns, and report
Manage EMR system updates for clients, including editing clock-in/clock-out times, uploading inventory, pulling reports, texting or emailing patients through systems like Podium or HubSpot
Quality Control & Process Support
Review and quality-check deliverables (e.g., formatting, links, correct phrasing, no en dashes) before final delivery. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency or comfort learning systems such as Google Drive, HubSpot, WordPress, Simple Practice, Podium, Social Pilot, and basic SEO tools
Familiarity with EMR system tasks like timecard adjustments, inventory updates, pulling reports, and patient outreach
Excellent organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple work streams and categories (admin, SEO, social media, design, advertising, EMR)
Strong written communication, proofreading, and detail orientation
Proactive, self-directed mindset with ability to meet deadlines and handle fast-moving environments
