We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will be instrumental in driving client success. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver outstanding support, solve complex problems, and build trusted, long-term relationships with our customers.
Requirements
- Experience in AdTech or MarTech ecosystems
Familiarity with digital advertising technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), or similar tools. You understand how campaigns are executed, measured, and optimized across channels. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
You’re able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly, and you're comfortable presenting to clients, writing documentation, or communicating with cross-functional teams. - Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities:
- As a TAM, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients. You must diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions on time.
- Training and Education: You will be responsible for training clients on our products and services, ensuring they understand how to use them to their fullest potential. You will also need to keep clients up-to-date on new features and updates.
- Product-related Queries: Clients will come to you with various product-related queries. You will need to understand their needs, clarify any questions they may have, and provide clear and concise answers.
- Building Strong Relationships: As a TAM, building strong client relationships is essential. You will need to understand their business needs and goals and work collaboratively with them to help them succeed.
- Providing Performance Reports: You will be responsible for providing regular performance reports to clients. This will require a thorough understanding of their business and the ability to interpret data and insights.
