Job description

Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various roles, helping build a strong pipeline for our hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys research, and loves connecting with people.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other platforms

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings

  • Screen inbound applicants and assess qualifications

  • Manage and update candidate records in our ATS

  • Reach out to passive candidates and maintain consistent follow-up

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide reporting on pipeline status

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting support

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working across multiple requisitions and priorities

  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay focused in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a high-growth tech or startup environment

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)

Location: Remote PST Hours
