Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various roles, helping build a strong pipeline for our hiring teams. Responsibilities:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
Screen inbound applicants and assess qualifications
Manage and update candidate records in our ATS
Reach out to passive candidates and maintain consistent follow-up
Track sourcing metrics and provide reporting on pipeline status

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting support
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
