About this Role:

We're looking for a passionate people manager with over 3 years leadership experience to manage our scaling cross-regional team of BDRs. They will be experts in developing processes, dictating KPIs and mentoring a high-performing team in a thriving fast-paced startup environment. As this is a hybrid role, there will be a requirement to have presence in our Dublin office to collaborate with the BDR and wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a team of ambitious cross-regional BDRs

  • Continuously develop and manage a repeatable BDR process

  • Responsible for creating quality outbound and inbound pipeline for account executive team

  • Proven ability to live, breath and dictate KPIs that are aligned to company OKRs

  • Provide actionable insights from our BDR data for consistent improvements to process

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop inbound and outbound campaigns

  • Ensure BDR team is capturing quality lead information to provide actionable insights for our product team

  • Design and execute upon a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement program for our BDRs

  • Provide consistent structured feedback to marketing on collateral and campaigns for consistent improvement

We’re looking for someone who has...:

  • 3+ years experience leading and scaling a high-performing team of BDRs

  • Worked in a software company and understands the SaaS business model

  • Previous experience as a BDR and fully understands the day-to-day challenges

  • Proven ability to learn and iterate quickly and effectively

  • Previous experience working in an early stage or scaling SaaS company

  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring both high performers and low performers

  • Proven ability to learn and iterate quickly and effectively

  • Highly collaborative; listens well, builds and maintains trust with colleagues and collaborates with others to develop high quality strategies

  • Communicates clearly and effectively with a cross-functional team

  • A constant learning mindset and is open to feedback and constant development
