Job description

Join our team at SmartestEnergy Business Ltd (SEBL) and play a key role in shaping the future of our Mid-Market sales! As a valued member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving success through effective management of Third-Party Intermediaries (TPI's) and offering great customer service.

In this role, you will take ownership of the sales performance of our TPI partners, ensuring that we maintain top sales standards while enforcing full compliance across the process. You will work closely with the pricing team to support daily price runs and contribute to the growth of our sales team by assisting with the onboarding of new TPIs and introducing commercial incentives.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Proven experience in the UK energy market, ideally in a B2B sales role;
  • Demonstrated success in managing TPI relationships, including onboarding, performance management and strategic engagement;
  • Strong track record for delivering sales growth and margin targets through partner channels;
  • Familiar with market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in the UK Energy sector;
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools to track performance and manage pipelines;
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and governance frameworks relevant to energy sales and TPI engagement.
