Job description

Remote | Fintech & SaaS Portfolio | $ Multi-million Ad Budget

We’re hiring a strategic and commercially minded Growth Manager to lead marketing and growth across a portfolio of digital fintech brands.

This is a senior role with a clear path to Head of Growth - reporting into the CMO and overseeing a talented team of 10 across performance, content, and brand. You’ll manage and scale marketing across multiple revenue-generating B2C and B2B businesses, driving performance across paid, organic, product-led and AI-driven growth channels.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and optimise multi-channel marketing strategies across several brands
  • Own acquisition and retention growth across paid, organic, and referral channels
  • Guide a team of marketers while remaining hands-on with experimentation, strategy and data
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape user journeys and drive conversions
  • Leverage AI to enhance operations, content, and scale campaigns faster
  • Test, iterate, and push new ideas — this is a fast-moving environment with plenty of scope
We’re looking for:
  • Growth-focused marketer with 5+ years' experience scaling digital brands (bonus if fintech, trading, SaaS or infra)
  • Someone with strong commercial instincts and clear leadership ambition
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort managing significant media spend
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally
  • Passion for experimentation and continuous improvement Bonus: interest in AI and emerging growth tools
