Job description

Dies ist ein Remote Job.

Our company is therefore looking for an Business Development Manager for the catchment area in Spain and Portugal. You will work remotely from your home office (ideally based in Madrid or the surrounding area) and regularly travel within Spain and Portugal. Occasionally, you will also travel to the head office – for example, to attend the annual sales meeting.

Your tasks are:

Educate network operators and engineering firms on trenchless rehabilitation of water mains, sewer rising mains, and fire water mains using the Primus Line system.
Support the design, planning, scheduling, and execution of pressure pipe rehabilitation projects with engineering expertise.
Develop technical specifications and prepare quotations in collaboration with the Head Office.
Assist network operators and contractors throughout all project phases, including on-site supervisory support.
Represent the company and showcase products at conferences, exhibitions, workshops and roadshows.
Identify effective promotion channels and achieve agreed sales targets.
Manage and support certified partners within your assigned territory.

Voraussetzungen

You are a (civil) engineer with at least 10 years of experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with engineering firms, contractors, and network operators.
You have a proven ability to market products in the construction industry and consistently meet sales targets.
You are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English or German; Portuguese is a plus.
You approach your work in a structured and analytical way.
You are self-motivated, results-driven, and have a hands-on mentality.
You are willing to travel extensively within your territory.
You demonstrate loyalty and integrity through your professional track record.
