Job Description : 

  • Understand the entire HR Technology portfolio , including but not limited to configurations, customizations, and integrations of different systems with Workday.
  • Work independently and collaborates with several teams across globe.
  • Serve as primary, daily contact on delivery of services; Develops, implements, documents, and monitors scope of work to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Responsible for creating impact analysis documents that help us deliver thorough solutions.
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies to help HR keep pace with the industry.
  • Supports annual / half-yearly events that correlate to each individual Workday module.  

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems/engineering.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Compensation, Advance Compensation, and Workday Security.
  • Experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting, and Workday Time and Absence would be a plus.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
