The Role
We’re looking for a curious and analytical Measurement Analyst to join our growing Measurements team at #paid. As our programs become more data-driven, we need a dedicated team member to help scale our measurement offerings, execute research studies, and deliver insights that prove the value of creator-led marketing.
You’ll work closely with Strategy, Sales, and Client Success to design, execute, and interpret studies like Brand Lift and attribution modeling, helping our clients understand the real impact of their campaigns. You’ll also support the development of internal tools, processes, and dashboards that improve how we measure success across the board.
Key Responsibilities Support the setup and execution of Brand Lift and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling)/MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution)studies for client campaignsAnalyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insightsBuild dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or TableauCollaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success to align measurement goals with campaign objectivesDevelop and maintain internal measurement toolkits and reporting templatesStay on top of industry trends and best practices in marketing measurementTranslate technical data and statistical findings into stories that resonate with clientsTo be successful, you'll need to Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines and cross-functional inputsCommunicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesTake ownership of measurement workflows and continuously improve themWork effectively across departments, particularly with Sales, Strategy, and Client SuccessThrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities evolve quicklyBe proactive and resourceful when it comes to solving problems or filling knowledge gapsAbout you2–4 years of experience in marketing research, measurement, or analyticsHands-on experience running or analyzing Brand Lift studies (Meta, YouTube, Kantar, etc.)Familiarity with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and/or MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution)Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus points for SQL, Python, or RStrong understanding of brand marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and campaign objectivesProficient in designing surveys and applying control/exposed methodologies to isolate campaign impactData visualization skills (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)Excellent storytelling and presentation skills — especially with dataComfortable working directly with clients and juggling multiple stakeholdersA self-starter who’s eager to learn and passionate about the creator economyWhy #paidWe are a group of passionate and thoughtful people working together to fundamentally change the way brands are built while empowering creators to make a living doing what they loveWe are growing quickly!
