Job description

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates fluently in English, and thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role requires strong prioritization skills, the ability to get tasks done efficiently, and unwavering organization.

What You'll Do. You will…

  • HR Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as HMO administration, attendance tracking, and other HR-related duties.

  • Task and Schedule Management: Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records, reports, and process documentation.

  • Task Execution: Ensure all assigned tasks, follow-ups, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

  • Administrative Support: Conduct research, manage data, and provide general administrative assistance.



Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you…

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Have experience in Human Resources and/or digital marketing (a huge plus!)

  • Have experience with AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
    Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Include “EA Pro in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.

  • Are comfortable speaking on video calls.

  • Can work 8AM-5PM MST 

  • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

  • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
