Description:
We are seeking an Analytics and Reporting Engineer with a strong passion for healthcare analytics and Medicare Advantage programs. This role requires in-depth functional knowledge of RAF (Risk Adjustment Factor) calculations, accrual reporting, chart chase initiatives, and channel target analytics. Experience with BigQuery, Looker, Python, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like GCP is required.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker and BigQuery.
  • Perform detailed RAF calculations and create supporting documentation and models.
  • Build accrual reporting processes to forecast revenue and risk adjustments.
  • Support chart chase analytics to optimize retrieval operations and improve coding accuracy.
  • Develop channel target analytics to prioritize outreach and maximize program effectiveness.
  • Translate healthcare business needs into scalable and insightful analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.
  • Ensure data alignment with CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage guidelines.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and reporting, with a strong focus on Medicare Advantage programs.
  • Expertise in RAF calculation methodologies, accrual reporting processes, chart chase program analytics, and channel targeting.
  • Strong proficiency with BigQuery, Looker, SQL, and Python scripting.
  • Deep understanding of Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with CMS reporting requirements and healthcare data compliance (HIPAA).
