What We’re Looking For: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and grow our outbound business development efforts. This individual will manage a team of remote Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing leadership, coaching, and tactical support to ensure pipeline growth and sales success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of SaaS and outbound sales strategies, and can operate remotely with minimal oversight.  

 

How Will You Make an Impact? 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to consistently exceed pipeline generation targets 
  • Ensure pipeline targets are met through strategic planning and execution 
  • Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging, target profiles, and outreach sequences 
  • Analyze market trends and customer challenges to identify new lead sources and optimize campaign targeting 
  • Establish and implement scalable best practices, processes, and KPIs for the BDR team 
  • Oversee CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and sales activity tracking to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline meetings, and coaching sessions 
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs as the team grows 
  • Represent the BDR team in cross-functional meetings, sharing frontline insights with leadership 

 

What is Needed to Succeed? 

  • 2–4 years of experience in BDR/SDR management or sales leadership, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity 
  • Proven track record of coaching and leading high-performing outbound teams 
  • Deep understanding of outbound lead generation strategies and modern sales tools 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and lead remotely 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus 
  • Experience working in or managing distributed/remote teams is an advantage
