Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a strategic thinker and growth-focused leader to spearhead the development and execution of innovative growth motions, particularly leveraging our expanding portfolio of AI-driven products. Your primary role will be identifying new market segments, experimenting with creative growth strategies, and scaling successful motions. You will collaborate closely with the existing user acquisition team, complementing their efforts and expanding our growth horizon.

What you'll own:

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, develop, and scale innovative growth motions leveraging Workiz’s AI solutions.
  • New Market & Segment Expansion: Explore and capitalize on untapped market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Own and optimize customer journeys from initial engagement through retention.
  • Experimentation & Scaling: Design and run strategic experiments, validate growth ideas, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to align and amplify growth efforts.



Requirements

Ideally, we’re looking for

  • 7+ years leading growth initiatives or strategic marketing roles, with demonstrable experience launching and scaling innovative growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in user acquisition, experimentation, segment expansion, and strategic funnel optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Monday, Tableau, Appcues.
