This company is seeking a highly experienced Roofing Ads Marketing Specialist to lead and manage high-performance ad campaigns specifically for the roofing industry. This role demands deep expertise in Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta), along with the ability to drive creative direction and consistently generate high-quality, sales-ready roofing leads.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing roofing ad campaigns on Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta platform) targeting residential and/or commercial roofing customers.
Provide creative direction for video ads, image ads, hooks, openers, copy, and headlines that drive conversions.
Guide landing page design and layout by working closely with the internal design team to ensure alignment with ad strategy.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting bids, copy, targeting, and creative assets to stay within KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
Manage budgets to maximize results and profitability.
Provide weekly reporting with actionable insights and no fluff.
Stay current on advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor strategy in the roofing/home services space.
Requirements
5+ years of experience running paid ads for roofing companies (not just general home services).
Proven ability to generate high-quality roofing leads at a target CPL of $100 ± $50.
Deep understanding of roofing market behavior, sales cycles, and regional seasonality. Expert-level knowledge of: Google Search Ads: Campaign structure, keywords, bidding, and optimization & Facebook Ads Manager: Campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Strong ad copywriting skills tailored to roofing prospects.
Confidence and accountability to hit CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics with consistency.
Ability to direct landing page strategy for designers to support ad performance.
Self-starter who can work independently and drive results without constant oversight.
Experience with landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Instapage).
Familiarity with roofing CRMs (e.g., JobNimbus, AccuLynx).
Knowledge of platform compliance and advertising rules for roofing and construction.
Performance Expectations:
CPL must consistently fall within $50–$150 for qualified roofing leads.
Primary KPIs: CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
You must meet KPI targets within the first 30 days.
90-day probationary period: We will evaluate consistency, communication, and overall performance across 3 months.
We are looking for a results-driven strategist, not a passive campaign manager.
