AU Sales Coordinator (WFH)

Background
  • At PeoplePartners, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our amazing clients in the leadership and training space. They're all about helping professionals grow—and they need someone to help them grow too. Enter: you.
About the Role
  • As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the operational sidekick to the Head of Business Development, keeping things humming from lead generation to program delivery. You'll handle client communications, calendar wrangling, proposals, and event invites—plus make sure nothing falls through the cracks once the sale is signed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pre-sales efforts: research, proposals, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Handle scheduling and logistics with clients, facilitators, and ops.
  • Assist with contracts, invoices, and onboarding docs.
  • Ensure smooth program handovers and track follow-ups.

Requirements
About YOU
  • You’re ridiculously organized, naturally helpful, and have a sixth sense of what your team needs—sometimes before they know it.
  • You love variety, are allergic to dropped balls, and know that great client experiences are built on solid back-end support.
About YOUR Work History
  • Experience in admin, coordination, or sales support (ideally in education/training).
  • You've used CRMs or project management tools before.
  • You’ve built relationships across teams and kept stakeholders looped in.
About the Culture YOU Thrive In
  • You like good banter and fast-paced days.
  • You’re confident working independently but love checking in and being part of a team.
  • You find joy in crossing things off lists and helping others shine.
Key Responsibilities YOU Can’t Wait to Do
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep programs running smoothly.
  • Own the nitty-gritty of logistics, from invites to invoicing.
  • Make client interactions feel seamless and professional.
How YOU Will Be Measured
  • Proposal and client onboarding accuracy.
  • Program delivery readiness.
  • Internal and external feedback.
When & Where YOU Will Work
  • Monday–Friday ; Day-shift.
  • 100% remote (WFH, with equipment provided).

Benefits
  • Permanent Work-from-home setup
  • Company-provided equipment
  • Secondary Wi-Fi Modem
  • 21 Leave Credits Annually - Leave benefits begin on Day 1.
  • 100% conversion of UNUSED leave credits
  • HMO on Day 1
  • 13th Month Pay
  • Grab Voucher every month
  • Birthday Gift
  • Loyalty Gift
  • Christmas Gift
  • Work-Life Balance
