Occupational Therapist (Remote) - Full-time

A high-growth provider in the Education & Pediatric Rehabilitation sector, we deliver remote occupational therapy services to schools and young learners across India. Using secure telehealth platforms and evidence-based practice, our clinicians empower students with sensory-motor challenges to thrive in academic and daily activities while collaborating closely with educators and caregivers.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and craft individualized treatment plans for children aged 3-18, following national OT standards.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video tools, targeting fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, and ADLs.
  • Document session notes, progress reports, and IEP inputs within 24 hours to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines and home environments.
  • Track measurable outcomes, modify interventions based on data, and escalate complex cases to clinical leads as needed.
  • Contribute to peer case reviews, professional development, and quality-improvement projects.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and valid Indian OT license.
  • Fluency with telehealth tools, electronic documentation, and Microsoft/Google suites.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Stable high-speed internet and availability for a 5-day schedule including Saturdays 
  • Preferred
  • Sensory Integration certification (e.g., SIPT).
  • Experience drafting and reviewing IEPs.
  • Familiarity with AAC devices and assistive technology.
