Seven Starling is looking for a PartTime Mental Health Provider to add to its worldclass therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. What youll do
As a Seven Starling Therapist, youll provide compassionate, evidencebased care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a part‑time salaried position, expected to average approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
Available to work during standard business hours: 8am8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week
Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidencebased modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachmentbased approaches)
Creating and maintaining highquality documentation and treatment plans
Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedbackrich environment
Contributing to companywide initiatives aligned with your interests
Who you are
Independently licensed in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
At least 2 years of postlicensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women’s mental health
Strong grounding in evidencebased modalities and traumainformed care
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
