We're looking for a Marketing Project Associate with strong project management experience and cross-channel marketing expertise to help enhance our output and keep campaigns, content planning, and timelines on track. 

What You’ll Do
 

- Act as a tactical extension of the Marketing Project Manager, helping coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple marketing channels: email, web, social, SEO, Google Ads, paid ads, events, partnerships, etc.
 
- Turn briefs into task lists and timelines; ensure deliverables ship on schedule across email, web, social, paid media, events, and partner channels.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and marketing tasks in project management tools (Jira or similar).
 
- Assist in managing internal and external contributors (e.g., design contractors, partners, agencies). 
- QA, build, and manage marketing assets and web updates to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. 
- Monitor performance reporting via HubSpot and Google Analytics. 
- Manage marketing documentation, asset folders, and SOPs in shared drives. 
- Provide weekly progress updates and summaries to keep the team aligned. 
- Organize content calendars and support scheduling for blogs, newsletters, and social media. 
- Creative work, like content planning, asset creation feedback, and copywriting. 
- Proactively flag blockers, clarify details, and ensure no task falls through the cracks. 

Requirements

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: 

·        2+ years in a marketing coordination, operations, or project management role 

·        Experience with multi-channel marketing (email, paid ads, blog, social, CRM, etc.) 

·        Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail 

·        Solid understanding of digital marketing terms and tools 

·        Confidence in navigating conversations across cross-functional teams  

·        Clear written communication and fast responsiveness  

·        Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment 

·        A proactive, get-it-done mindset 


Bonus Points For: 

·        Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot, Google Analytics,  

·        Light design/content editing skills in Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma 

·        A trained, creative eye with a sense of taste and branding
