Job Title: Remote Investment Banking Associate (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,000 USD/month via wire transfer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Central Time)

Job Overview:

Our client is a premier financial services marketing firm specializing in sophisticated transaction and fundraising materials for investment managers and corporate clients. We create the pitchbooks, CIMs, and marketing materials that drive M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic initiatives for leading investment banks, private equity funds, and corporate development teams.

We are specifically seeking an Investment Banking Associate with hands-on experience creating client-facing transaction materials, pitchbooks, and deal presentations. This role requires someone who understands the M&A process, can craft compelling investment narratives, and has mastered the art of PowerPoint storytelling that drives deal execution.


Responsibilities:

Transaction Marketing Materials:

  • Create comprehensive CIMs, pitchbooks, and deal presentations for M&A transactions
  • Develop compelling investment narratives and deal positioning strategies
  • Produce management presentations, buyer materials, and investor communications
  • Build detailed company profiles, market analyses, and competitive positioning studies

PowerPoint Excellence:

  • Design sophisticated, investment-grade presentations from scratch
  • Master advanced PowerPoint techniques for financial modeling visualization
  • Create executive summary materials that capture complex deals in compelling formats
  • Maintain consistent visual standards across all client deliverables

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to support deal positioning
  • Analyze comparable transactions, trading multiples, and market trends
  • Synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
  • Support due diligence processes with detailed analytical materials

Client Collaboration:

  • Work directly with investment banking teams, private equity professionals, and corporate development groups
  • Understand transaction objectives and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Support live deal processes with rapid turnaround materials
  • Participate in client presentations and deal discussions


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

Investment Banking Experience:

  • 2-4 years as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate at a recognized investment bank
  • Proven experience creating pitchbooks, CIMs, and transaction marketing materials
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to create sophisticated financial presentations
  • M&A transaction experience including buy-side and sell-side processes
  • Client presentation experience with C-level executives and institutional investors

Technical Requirements:

  • Expert-level PowerPoint proficiency (advanced charting, formatting, visual design)
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
  • Experience with FactSet, Capital IQ, PitchBook, or similar research platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel for complex financial analysis and modeling

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional written English with investment banking-quality standards
  • Storytelling ability: Can craft compelling narratives around transactions and investments
  • Research synthesis: Ability to distill complex information into executive-ready materials
  • Presentation skills: Comfortable presenting to senior executives and investors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bulge bracket or elite boutique investment banking experience
  • Multi-sector transaction experience (technology, healthcare, industrials, financial services)
  • MBA from target school or CFA designation
  • Experience with both public and private company transactions
  • Latin American investment banking experience with U.S. market exposure
  • Bilingual capabilities (English fluency required)
