ABOUT THE ROLE:
Channel partnerships are a strategic revenue growth and pipeline generation opportunity for Regal and our partners. We are looking for someone to build a foundation for this part of the business and grow it substantially in their region. You will collaborate on the channel development strategy at Regal and will work cross-functionally across the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to help achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline generation goals. You will reach out to potential partners, build upon established and new relationships, and manage the success of those relationships. The role reports directly to the Head of Channel Sales & Partnerships.
Our high-level goal for this role is to build the foundation for and execute on a channel development and sales strategy that constitutes a large proportion of our overall revenue base over the next few years.
ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of the contact center, CX, and AI market, and identify strong AI/CX/CCaaS-focused Channel Partners to align with Regal Create an outbound GTM strategy to educate and empower TSD teams and sub-agents in the AI/CX/CCaaS spaceCreate enablement and marketing material for virtual and in-person channel events Develop, monitor, and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles, and engagement tactics to continuously improve resultsTrack partner engagement, opportunity creation/ registration, revenue, and adoptionOwnership and management of TSD and sub-agent relationships in region Reporting, budget, and forecast channel partner quarterly pipeline generation and growthTravel expectations: 2-3 weeks per month domestically with flexibility to adapt to plans on short noticeAbout You:4-5 years of experience working with the channel ecosystem, with strong self-starter capabilitiesPrior experience working with strategic players in the Contact Center industry, in particular Technology Service Distributors (TSD)- AVANT, Intelisys, and Telarus Prior experience working with marketing teams on developing unique and creative events/roadshow strategy to engage channel partners Demonstrated experience delivering successfully against predetermined growth KPIs and targets Demonstrated relationship-building skills and established strategic network BENEFITS/PERKS:We care about your health!
