Data Intelligence Analyst

Experienced Data Intelligence Analyst with cross functional team experience to support Company rebranding process. Primary responsibilities include:

• Support the Regulatory and Rebranding team’s data requirements (global data in multiple systems/sources) to support a global rebranding project
• Identifying and leading data cleansing activities on critical regulatory data between multiple systems
• Defining and optimizing change management processes and tools between systems utilizing regulatory data
• Support governance activities to ensure change requests to data and systems align with requirements from global stakeholders in Regulatory, Quality, and Operations
• Identify requirements for integration between systems and analytics to optimize processes for consistency and future maintenance
• Design, develop, test and publish ad hoc reports on Power BI as requested by the management team and provide analysis of these reports on data visualization tools.
• Conduct data reviews for technical gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Gain understanding of and continue to support data policies and procedures
• Leading data rule creation and Regulatory submission data analysis

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of data analytics experience
• Experience conducting large scale and complex data analysis to support business decision making

• 3+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence or comparable data intelligence field.
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Excellent communication skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in computer science, engineering, statistics, business or finance from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics.
• Project management experience
• 1+ years in MedTech industry
• 1+ years working with Regulatory Information Management systems or Regulatory Data Syndication
• 2+ years working on global project
• Proficient understanding of azure machine learning models and AI workflow
