At PeoplePartners, we’re on the lookout for a rock-solid, fast-thinking Executive Assistant to support a high-performing CEO based in the US. This isn’t a “calendar and coffee” kind of EA role—this is about being a strategic extension of the CEO’s brain, voice, and priorities. Much better if you can say that in French.
About the Role
You’ll be the CEO’s go-to: managing calendars, organizing travel, helping prep for meetings, and keeping high-level priorities humming behind the scenes. This role is remote-hybrid (PH-based) and aligns with US hours—ideal for someone who thrives in the quiet focus of the night shift.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-demand calendar, including global time zones and travel.
Draft and review professional communication, emails, and follow-ups.
Conduct deep-dive research to support projects and decisions.
Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) on the CEO’s behalf.
Flag conflicts, anticipate needs, and proactively solve issues before they arise.
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and calm.
Requirements
About YOU
You’re the person who remembers the detail everyone else forgets.
You can juggle multiple priorities with the grace of a diplomat and the precision of a Swiss watchmaker.
You’re just as comfortable writing emails as you are managing travel logistics.
Oh—and you speak French with confidence.
About the Culture YOU Thrive In
You’re not into red tape or endless meetings.
You like smart, clear communication, and your happy place is a clean inbox and a CEO who can trust you just to run with it.
You’re cool with change, open to feedback, and good at memes.
About YOUR Work History
3–5+ years as an EA or Executive Support in a fast-paced setting.
Experience coordinating across time zones and stakeholders.
You’ve worked closely with executives and know how to manage up.
You’ve worked nights before—or are very open to US-based hours.
You can write in a way that sounds professional but still human.
You’ve worked in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, task tools, and CRMs.
Key Responsibilities YOU Can’t Wait to Do
Solve the “Where in the world is the CEO today?” scheduling puzzle.
Write follow-ups that sound like they came straight from the boss.
Anticipate the next move before anyone says it out loud.
Bring clarity, calm, and control to fast-moving days.
